When you contact QuraanBloom through WhatsApp or email, you may choose to provide details such as your name, the student’s age, current learning level, country, time zone and preferred schedule. Please do not send identity documents, card details or other sensitive information unless a legitimate need has been explained to you.
How information is used
Information you provide may be used to answer your inquiry, arrange a trial, recommend a course, match teacher availability, manage lessons and communicate about fees or scheduling.
Third-party communication services
This website links to WhatsApp and email services. When you use those services, their own privacy practices and terms also apply. QuraanBloom does not control how those third-party platforms process data.
Website hosting and technical data
Hosting providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and security logs to deliver and protect the website. If analytics or additional website tools are introduced later, this policy should be updated accordingly.
Children’s information
A parent or guardian should make enrollment arrangements for a child and should avoid sharing unnecessary personal information. Information about a child is used only as reasonably needed to arrange and support learning.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry and student communication may be retained for scheduling, lesson administration, safeguarding and record-keeping. You may ask whether your contact information can be corrected or deleted, subject to any legitimate record-keeping requirement.
