Trial and enrollment
A free trial helps assess the learner’s level and discuss a suitable teacher, course and schedule. A trial does not guarantee a particular teacher or time until availability is confirmed.
Class schedule
Regular days, times, lesson length and frequency should be agreed before payment. Students should join on time with a stable internet connection, working audio and a suitable learning environment.
Fees and payment
Website prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Confirm the current fee, payment method, billing period and any promotion directly with QuraanBloom before making payment.
Missed, rescheduled or cancelled lessons
The specific rescheduling and cancellation arrangement is confirmed during enrollment. Students or parents should give notice as early as reasonably possible when a class cannot be attended. Teacher absence and technical interruptions are handled through an agreed replacement or rescheduling arrangement where applicable.
Learning progress
Course duration and outcomes are estimates rather than guarantees. Progress depends on starting level, attendance, practice, revision, age and individual learning needs.
Children and supervision
A parent or guardian is responsible for enrollment decisions for a child, providing a suitable device and learning environment, and remaining reasonably available when needed.
